Spring

Linking up with Mama Kat to share our spring with you.  The prompt was to pick a photo that sums up our spring…

As we head into the end of the school year and gleefully bounce into summer it is hard to forget the spring that we had.

In March our weather went crazy and mimicked the change of seasons from spring to summer instead of winter to spring.  We celebrated a very special 6 year old’s birthday.  We had a glorious spring break filled with a cabin trip, climbing trees, Imagination Station, the Botanical Gardens, a Tiger’s game and loads of backyard fun.  We have played soccer and earned karate belts.  We have had zoo trips and video games and doctor appointments.

It truly is amazing to think of all that we have accomplished in just a couple of months!  The challenge of finding a single photo to capture our spring seemed almost too much.

But then you run across a picture with s’mores in it.  Doesn’t that sum up pretty much every season?

About Brotherly Love

I am a mom, partner, teacher and a lover of life. I have two fabulous boys who define my life as I know it. One of my children has been diagnosed with a sensory processing disorder, Asperger's and anxiety disorder. I blog as much about him as I do about my life and the lives of my immediate family.
