I’m on an exercise kick.
More precisely, my honey kicked me in the ass and I’m exercising.
It’s good for me. Really it is.
I started a yoga class tonight at the YMCA. I love it. The instructor is fabulous. I’m reminded of how out of shape I am and how little core strength I have.
Tomorrow and Thursday I aqua jog. Saturday I do Flip-n-Fun in the pool. I’m bound to look good in a suit again before next summer.
I’m wanting to eat healthier. Watch more of what I’m eating.
Really this is good for me.
But how do I juggle it all?
Work, Eli’s OT, Eli’s vision therapy,the boy’s karate, my yoga, my swim classes, my honey’s running, homework, reading, writing, cooking dinner, housework, yard work, spend quality time with my kids, spend quality time with my honey.
I gotta figure this out. I gotta make it work.
