Where Everybody Knows Your Name

Mommy, how come no one knows my name except you, mama and Eli?

What do you mean buddy?  Lots of people know your name.  Who doesn’t?

“T” from summer camp.  I even spelled it for her! K-E-E-G-A-N and she said T? I said NO!  K-E-E-G-A-N and she said D?  Why doesn’t she know what I’m saying?

You have to make sure you’re clear buddy.  Say your name slowly and spell it slowly.  Say all of the letters the best that you can.

Mommy, I just don’t know what to do when people don’t know my name…
